I always liked landscapes but only became interested in photography a few years ago. That was the time were I also was the most active around dA. Next to editing older images I started to actively take new ones and paid more attention to the technical side of photography.

Today I'm not that active anymore, because other things (which I also enjoy) popped up and I had to devide the time. This is also the reason why I'm still calling myself a beginner in photography. Nevertheless, photography never let me go completely, and I'm sure I will come back and go deeper when the time comes.

I'm still on deviantART, though, regularly, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

My gear: a sweet black Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX3, that's it.

The first month of the new year is almost over, but I thought a journal with some wise words or principles to live by would still be fitting. I know some of them might sound silly, perhaps even naive, but just try for a moment to forget the bitterness and harshness that you so often find in this world and remember: there’s so much more to this life. Don’t postpone realising your dreams until it is too late. You only have one life, don’t waste it.
